At PakBooks.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a successful return.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
